Deposits

As appointments are limited, we take a deposit for consultation and treatment appointments. Deposits are required for both self-pay and insured patients.

For initial and follow up consultation, and injection treatments, the deposit is £40.

For radiofrequency ablation (RFA) treatment the deposit is £250.

The balance for RFA is due on or before the day of treatment, and must be paid prior to treatment being carried out.

Cancellations

Appointments for consultation, and injection treatments, may be cancelled or rearranged without loss of deposit provided that more than 3 working days’ (weekdays’) notice is given.

Treatment bookings for RFA may be cancelled or rearranged without loss of deposit, provided that 1 week’s notice is given.

Cancellations made within these periods, or non-attendance on the day, will unfortunately result in loss of deposit.

Lateness

Appointment and treatment slots are booked with an appropriate duration for the service being offered, meaning late arrival may limit our ability to offer the treatment or consultation.

If a patient is more than 15 minutes late it may be necessary for us to treat the appointment as cancelled.
